About Our Founder & Lead Naturopath
Freya Lawler – BHSc Naturopath, Nutritionist, & Natural Fertility Educator
Freya Lawler is an online naturopath, nutritionist, and fertility educator with a special interest in supporting individuals and couples with endometriosis, pelvic pain, hormone imbalances, and fertility challenges. Including IVF optimisation and complex reproductive health conditions.
She is deeply passionate about helping patients uncover the root causes of their symptoms using both evidence-based and time-honoured naturopathic approaches. Freya’s primary goal is to guide, support, and empower you with practical tools to manage endometriosis symptoms, optimise your cycle, and support conception, whether naturally or alongside assisted reproductive technology.
Freya’s work focuses on preconception care and the optimisation of both egg and sperm quality to improve fertility outcomes and enhance IVF success. She brings a detailed, whole-person lens to reproductive care, addressing not just hormones but also gut health, stress, immune function, and inflammation. Freya is particularly fascinated by the role of the microbiome in fertility, and its emerging links to hormone balance, endometrial receptivity, and pregnancy outcomes.
Over the years, she has worked with countless individuals to enhance their recovery post-laparoscopy, reduce endo belly bloating, regain energy, ease painful sex, and reconnect with their bodies. She cuts through nutrition myths and medical overwhelm, offering a realistic, anti-inflammatory approach to reproductive wellness that is both science-informed and compassion-driven.
Her experience in reproductive health began immediately after graduating, when she joined a specialist fertility clinic in Melbourne. Since then, she has continued to deepen her expertise, receiving mentoring from leading reproductive health specialists and regularly completing postgraduate training in endometriosis, fertility, and assisted reproductive care.
For the past two years, Freya has also been part of the team at Elgin House Women’s+Health, where she collaborates with leading gynaecologists, laparoscopic surgeons, and obstetricians to deliver a truly integrative and holistic model of care for women+ and couples navigating complex reproductive conditions.
